My name is Janet Carey and I am a REALTOR® with Prudential Tropical Realty in Florida USA. Let me start by saying I love St. Augustine. This is a city rich with history, natural beauty, wonderful year-round climate and close proximity to other Florida cities and attractions. St. Augustine has something for everyone.

St. Augustine is not too big nor too small. The city is situated in St. Johns County on the Atlantic Ocean. The entire county had 162,000 people in 2005 so it's one of the less densely populated areas of the State. The average age is 40 years old, with 48% male and 52% female. People come here for the warm Florida sun, culture, year-round activities and good ol' Southern hospitality.

I specialize in residential real estate for international buyers including condos, townhomes and cottages to homes in golf course gated communities.
