St. Augustine Weather Report Today's Weather Report: Sunny blue skies and mild temperatures. Just perfect for a day on the golf course or a gentle breeze for sailing in the Atlantic.
Average Temperatures in St. Augustine:
September is the wettest month of the year and November, the driest.
I occasionally get asked if it snows in St. Augustine. Now there's a good
question! While the Florida panhandle cities of Pensacola and Tallahassee
have received snow several times in the past decades, St. Augustine is generally
snow free. The big storm came in February 1951 when about 2 inches (50 mm)
accumulated. As recently as January 2008 light snow flurries were reported
near Daytona Beach but we didn't see any direct snow. So, to answer your
question, yes St. Augustine does receive snow on occasion however it is very
rare, newsworthy and a delight for all residents. References: Current weather conditions - accuweather.com |
